Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium type radiation drying machine capable of keeping a temperature distribution of the entire heating area within a uniform or target range while suppressing a scale of a control mechanism.SOLUTION: A heat medium type radiation drying machine for heating an object to be dried, passing through a prescribed heating region by radiation heat, has a flow channel which has an inlet and an outlet to the heating region, and in which a heat medium for applying radiation heat to the object within a section of the heating region flows, a first temperature measurement mechanism for measuring a temperature of the heat medium at the inlet of the flow channel to the heating region, a second temperature measurement mechanism for measuring the temperature of the heat medium at the outlet of the flow channel to the heating region, a temperature controller for controlling a temperature of the heat medium supplied to the flow channel on the basis of the temperature measured by the first temperature measurement mechanism, and a flow rate control mechanism for controlling a flow rate of the heat medium supplied to the flow channel on the basis of the difference between the temperature measured by the first temperature measurement mechanism and the temperature measured by the second temperature measurement mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
