Title:
HEAT-MOLDED CONTAINER OF POLYALCOHOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3506568
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container with outstanding gas barrier properties and free from a local biased wall by reducing polyketone consisting of an alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide and ethylene and heat-molding a film with a polyalcohol resin layer whose melting point and density are specified.
SOLUTION: A film or a sheet containing polyalcohol obtained by reducing polyketone composed of an alternating copolymer of carbon monoxide and ethylene, is heat-molded. A polyalcohol resin layer has a melting point of 110-160°C and a density of 1.16-1.19g/cm3. The method to obtain a multilayer structure is by coextrusion, coinjection, sand lamination, solution coating, extrusion lamination and dry lamination. In the coextrusion method, the polyalcohol resin is melt-kneaded by an extruder corresponding to each of the resin layers and the melt-kneaded resin is extruded into a specified shape through a multilayered multiple die such as a T-die or a circular die.
