To provide a heat pipe and the like superior in long-time reliability, and having high flexibility in design of layout, and high efficiency.

A heat receiving part joining section 7 and a heat radiating part joining section 9 are formed on the same axis (axis in the longitudinal direction of a plate-like member), and planar directions of the heat receiving part joining section 7 and the heat radiating part joining section 9 are different from each other. The heat pipe 13 is provided with a heat receiving part 15 and a heat radiating part 17. The heat receiving part 15 and the heat radiating part 17 respectively have the flat shape, and formed while facing the different directions on the same axis. A planar direction changing section 19 for changing their directions of flatness is formed between the heat receiving part 15 and the heat radiating part 17. The heat receiving part joining section 7 and the heat radiating part joining section 9 of the reinforcement member 1 are respectively joined to faces at one side of the heat receiving part 15 and the heat radiating part 17 of the heat pipe 13. They may be joined by soldering or the like at points kept into contact with each other.
