Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe which has a heat radiation form capable of obtaining superior cooling effect, has excellent heat transport ability, and can be effectively assembled into small-sized and thin mobile equipment easily handleable for a user.SOLUTION: Heat radiation parts 26 of ultrafine heat pipes 1, 1' are arranged on a gap between a main printed circuit board 36 and a battery pack 37 of mobile equipment 31, and heat radiation is performed to an external body 40 as a back surface of casing 32 of the mobile equipment 31 or a metal plate 39 as a back surface of a display 33. Thereby, the ultrafine heat pipes 1, 1' having superior heat transport ability can be effectively assembled into the small-sized and thin mobile equipment 31 easily handleable for a user. Further, heat radiation can be performed, with the ultrafine heat pipes 1, 1', from the back surface of the casing 32 of the mobile equipment 31 exposed to external air, and a heat radiation form capable of obtaining superior cooling effect is provided.
