PURPOSE: To assure the heat transmission even if the distance between the heat absorbing section and heat releasing section is great without requiring a wick by heating the fluid medium collected in a pressure generating section by a heating means so as to conduct the heat transmission from top to down.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure generating section 4 has a heating means 16 to heat the fluid medium inside of it. A vaporizing section 2 and the pressure generating section 4 are connected by a liquid riser passage 15, the upper end of the interior of the vaporizing section 2 and a condensing section 3 are connected by a gasified fluid medium supply passage 10, and the condensing section 3 and pressure generating section 4 are connected by an equalizing conduit 11 which has a float valve 12 that is closed when the pressure inside the pressure generating section 4 becomes high after the liquid medium inside the pressure generating section 4 is heated and gasified. As a check valve 14 that permits the flow of the fluid only in the direction from top to down is disposed in a communication hole 13 in a separator wall 6 between the condensing section 3 and pressure generating section 4, the heat transmission is assured even if the distance between the heat absorbing section and heat releasing section is great.
