Abstract:
To provide a heat processing furnace provided with a high safety property for an operator when a heat processing object made of metal is taken out to the outside of the furnace after the heat processing.SOLUTION: A heat processing furnace 1 of this invention includes a heat processing furnace body 2 that performs heat processing on a heat processing object at a heat processing temperature. The heat processing furnace 1 further includes: lock means 5 that locks doors 4 of the furnace body 2 in a closed state; and lock control means 10 that controls the lock means 5. The lock control means 10 controls the lock means 5 to lock the doors 4 in the closed state by the lock means 5 when the temperature in the furnace body 2 reaches a predetermined first temperature in a process where the temperature rises to the heat processing temperature, at the time when the heating of the heat processing object is started with the doors 4 in the closed state or after the heating is started, and controls the lock means 5 to release the locking of the doors 4 by the lock means 5 when, after the heating of the heat processing object is finished, the temperature in the furnace body 2 reaches a predetermined second temperature in a process where the temperature drops from the heat processing temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
