To provide a heat pump device for a vehicle capable of sufficiently cooling a driving circuit of an electric compressor, shortening a refrigerant pipe, and reducing radiation noise leaking from an inverter to the outside of the device.
A heat pump device for a vehicle includes a low temperature-side water-refrigerant heat exchanger for cooling a first cooling liquid introduced from the outside of the heat pump device for the vehicle, by using a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant, an accumulator separating a refrigerant of liquid phase and a refrigerant of gas phase from the refrigerant passing through the low temperature-side water-refrigerant heat exchanger, an electric compressor having an electric motor and compressing the refrigerant of gas phase separated by the accumulator, and a driving circuit for converting DC electric power supplied from a power source into AC electric power, and supplying the same to the electric motor. The driving circuit is disposed near the accumulator so that heat can be radiated thereto, and the low temperature-side water-refrigerant heat exchanger, the accumulator and the electric compressor are linearly arranged in this order.
