Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the capacity control which causes less fluctuation of temperature of the load side medium and save the power consumption by a constitution where the measured temperature and the set temperature of the cooled medium for the load are computed for their differential, and the control amount equivalent to such differential is applied, with a certain delay, to an electrically powered control valve to perform a reset time control. CONSTITUTION:An electrically powered control valve 10 is connected across the ends of an evaporator which is connected to the inlet side of a compressor 1 and the medium circulation line 9 for the load, a temperature sensor 12 is disposed on the medium outlet side of the medium circulation line 9 to detect its temperature. A control amount equivalent to the differential between the detected temperature and the set temperature is applied to the electrically powered control valve 10 by a reset time control in order to control its opening so as to control the medium flow rate to the compressor 1. Therefore, the capacity control becomes possible which is highly accurate and stable, and causes less fluctuation of the outlet temperature relative to the set temperature. Further, since the flow rate is controlled relative to the required capacity, the heat pump device can be operated at a low power consumption level without causing hunchings.
