PURPOSE: To contrive miniaturization and a weight reduction of equipment, by constituting the titled device by combining a circuit of a turbine provided with a burner for driving a compressor with a circuit of the compressor for driving the turbine which includes a heat exchanger between heat of compressed air of the compressor and the open air and is driven by the compressed air.

CONSTITUTION: Compressed and heated-up air of a compressor 1 made into a high temperature is supplied to a first gas turbine 2 for driving of the same and then drives the first compressor 1. The compressed air to be produced by the compressor 1 is sent to a second gas turbine 7 through a heat exchanger 9. The air to a second compressor 6, which has passed through a heat absorbing device 11 is heated in the heat exchanger 9. Then the second compressor 6 is revolved by the turbine 7 and air of a high temperature is sent to a heating object 13. With this constitution, miniaturization and a weight reduction can be contrived.
