PURPOSE: To eliminate a fan noise in a steady operation by improving prompt warming properties, by a method wherein high temperature and high pressure gas is streamed to only a hot air heat exchanger at the time of starting of heating and to a floor heating heat exchanger also after that and after the rise of heating a heating medium is streamed to only a floor heating heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: In the initial stage at the time of heating operation, a cooling medium is streamed to only a hot air heat exchanger 1 by opening a solenoid valve 11 for a hot air heat exchanger. With this construction, high temperature blow-off air can be obtained even at the time of build up of heating. Then a solenoid valve 13 for a floor heating exchanger is opened and heating is performed with the hot air heat exchanger 1 and floor heating heat exchanger 2. With this construction, uniform indoor heating can be performed. When the heating is built up and it becomes of a normal state, the solenoid valve 13 for the hot air heat exchanger is closed and a fan 15 is suspended. With this construction, only floor heating is performed and elimination of a fan noise can be performed.
