Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type steam generator capable of efficiently cooling a device accommodated in a housing.SOLUTION: A heat pump type steam generator 12 includes a housing 14 having internal faces receiving an electrical box 46 accommodating an electrical component 45 to control operation of a steam generation unit 16 and a heat pump unit 18. The housing 14 has a box side air inlet 48 to supply the outside air to the electrical box 46, an air inlet 49 at a lower part of the housing 14, an air outlet 50 provided at an upper part of the housing 14, an air inlet fan 52 to take the outside air through the air inlet 49 into the housing 14, and an air outlet fan 53 to discharge air in the housing 14 from the air outlet 50 to the outside. The electrical box 46 has, above the box side air inlet 48, a box air outlet 54 to discharge, to outside the electrical box 46, the outside air supplied through the box side air inlet 48.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
