Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type air conditioner capable of circulating a sufficient flow rate of lubricant oil into a refrigerant circuit during heating operation and capable of keeping a heat exchange efficiency high during cooling operation.SOLUTION: A gas-liquid separator 33 connected to a suction side of a compressor includes a retention chamber 71 where separated liquid stays and a feed-out hole 70a arranged at a part inside the retention chamber 71 to return gas mainly to the compressor. Within the retention chamber 71 are arranged a partition wall 74 dividing into a first chamber 75 having no feed-out hole 70a and a second chamber 76 having feed-out hole 70a arranged therein and a lubricant oil feed-in part for causing the lubricant oil mixed in the refrigerant to flow into the first chamber 75 in the gas-liquid separator 33 during cooling operation. A height of the partition wall 74 is set to be higher than that of the feed-out hole 70a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
