This heat pump type air conditioner is comprised of an outdoor device A having a compressor and arm outdoor heat exchanger and an air conditioning indoor device B having an indoor heat exchanger 81 and an expansion valve 82, and further a refrigerant pipe 85 is arranged between the outdoor device A and the indoor device B. In this case, there are provided branched passages 91a, 91b branched from both side passages of the indoor heat exchanger 81 of the indoor device B, wherein external pipes 93a, 93b connected to equipment such as a floor heating device 100 or the like are connected to the branched passages 91a, 91b to form a refrigerant utilization passage 90. Then, heat is supplied to equipment such as the floor heater 100 or the like through the refrigerant utilization passage 90.
