To provide a heat pump type air conditioning device capable of stabilizing motion of a refrigerating cycle to properly perform heating in a case when a floor heating panel and the air-conditioning heating are simultaneously operated.

The heating/cooling heat pump is composed of a compressor 11, a heat medium circulation pipe 15, an indoor heat exchanger 16, an expansion valve 17 and an outdoor heat exchanger 18. A floor heating circuit is composed of a heating pipe 22 of the floor heating panel 21, a water circulation pipe 23 and a circulation pump 24. A first floor-heating heat exchanger 25 is composed of the water circulation pipe 23 and the heat medium circulation pipe 15, and a second floor-heating heat exchanger 26 is composed of the water circulation pipe 23 and the heat medium circulation pipe 15. The hot water/water circulated in the water circulation pipe 23 by the circulation pump 24 is primarily heated to 30-50C by latent heat of a heat medium gas flowing in the heat medium circulation pipe 15 in the first floor-heating heat exchanger 25, and secondarily heated to 50-70C by sensible heat of the heat medium gas flowing in the heat medium circulation pipe 15 by heat exchange by the second floor-heating heat exchanger 26.
