Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accelerate the evaporation of a refrigerant and improve the heating capability of a vehicle room side heat exchanger serving as a condenser by feeding the warm air in an engine room to an engine room side heat exchanger serving as an evaporator when the outside air temperature is decreased. CONSTITUTION:A heat pump type heat exchanger 6 is provided in front of a fan 5 located directly ahead of an engine 4 in an engine room 1 provided with a shutter 3 on a front opening section 2. A heat pump type heat exchanger 8 provided with a fan 9 ahead is provided at an important position of a vehicle room 7, and both heat exchangers 6, 8 are connected to each other with a conduit pipe 12 via a control valve 11 connected to a compressor 10. When the outside air temperature is decreased during heating, the shutter 3 is closed to increase the temperature in the engine room 1, the evaporation of the refrigerant in the engine room side heat exchanger 6 serving as an evaporator is accelerated via the warm, air, thus improving the heating capability of the vehicle room side heat exchanger 8 serving as a condenser.
