PURPOSE: To improve the usage comfortableness and reduce the operation cost by providing a set temperature changing means changing the set temperature in the same direction as the high/low temperature direction in response to the high/low temperature state of the detection temperature at the time of an operation start in an operation control means.
CONSTITUTION: For the drying operation, a circulating fan 24 is operated, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor of an outdoor machine 1 is circulated from a drying heat exchanger 23 to an outdoor heat exchanger, the drying heat exchanger 23 serves as a condenser, the air temperature in a drying chamber 10 is increased to the set temperature by the condensation heat. The air flowing into the drying chamber 10 is heated to the set temperature, the allowable moisture quantity in the air is increased, the hot air containing a large quantity of moisture evaporated from clothes is discharged to the outdoors in sequence to dry the clothes. A drying operation control device 13 is provided and the set temperature is automatically determined in response to the detection values of a temperature sensor and a temperature sensor 28 to economically perform the drying operation and attain the nearly constant drying time.
