This heat pump type hot water heating device is provided with a heat pump type outdoor machine 1, the floor heating panel 2, and the hot water feed unit 5 connected to the outdoor machine 1 via a refrigerant pipe 3 and connected to the heating panel 2 via a hot water pipe 4. The hot water feed unit 5 is provided with a refrigerant/water heat exchanger 11 for heating exchanging the heat between he refrigerant and the water, the circulation pump 12 disposed on the midway of the hot water pipe 4, the refrigerant valves 14 and 14 for connecting the unit to the outdoor machine 1 via the refrigerant pipe 3, hot water valves 15 and 15 for connecting the unit to the floor heating panel 2 via the hot water pipe 4, a control device 19 communicatively connected to a remote controller 16, and a communication line connecting terminal 21 connected to the control device 19 and communicatively connecting to the outdoor machine 1.
