PURPOSE: To prevent the interruption of the flow of hot water and improve the pleasantness in use for users by operating auxiliary heating to raise the temperature up to a second set temperature during the time in which the heating operation is not being made.
CONSTITUTION: A specified time memory 48, which stores in the memory a specified time to boil the hot water in a hot water storage tank 31 to a first set temperature, and operation period setting means 51, which sets a heating operation period required for boiling the hot water in the set time of boiling, are provided. A main heating operation control device 52 controls the operation so as to bring the temperature of the hot water in the hot water storage tank near to the first set temperature and auxiliary heat operation control means 53 controls the operation so as to bring the temperature of the hot water in the tank 31 near to a second set temperature which is lower than the first set temperature. And, a supply hot water heating operation control device 54 carries out the operation by the main heating operation control device 52 during heating operation and, on the other hand, the operation is switched to the operation by the auxiliary heating operation control means 53 during the time which is not in the heating operation period.
