Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump capable of enhancing energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A first low temperature reaction part 10 provided so as to receive waste heat of an engine 2 has: a low temperature reaction type hydrogen storage alloy 13 capable of discharging hydrogen by the heat; and a first high pressure container 12 for storing the low temperature reaction type hydrogen storage alloy 13. A first high temperature reaction part 11 capable of supplying heat to a Rankine cycle 4 has: a high temperature reaction type hydrogen storage alloy 17 capable of generating heat by storing hydrogen discharged from the low temperature reaction type hydrogen storage alloy 13 which the first low temperature reaction part 10 has; and a first low pressure container 16 for storing the high temperature reaction type hydrogen storage alloy 17. A compressor 30 can send hydrogen from the first low pressure container 16 to the first high pressure container 12. A turbine 40 generates power by the pressure of the hydrogen flowing from the first high pressure container 12 to the first low pressure container 16. Thereby, a heat pump 1 can enhance energy efficiency by the power generated by the turbine 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
