Abstract:
To provide a heat radiating apparatus which is compact, has high heat radiating capacity and improves the cooling efficiency of a cooling apparatus as a whole.
In the heat radiation apparatus, a heat receiving part 2 receives the heat of an object to be cooled with a refrigerant liquid and sends it to a heat-radiating part 3 for heat radiation. At the heat-radiating part 3, a heat radiation pipe, for making the refrigerant liquid flow through, is provided to take evaporation heat to cool the surface of the heat-radiating pipe for heat radiation as the main feature.
