Title:
HEAT RADIATING HEAT EXCHANGER FOR REFRIGERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0886555
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the heat transfer performance, to reduce the adherence of dusts, and to produce at a low cost without decreasing the performance in an aging manner by cooling a plate condenser so arranged that a drain evaporating tray surface is used as the part of a duct at the upper part of the tray by a forcibly cooling blower.

CONSTITUTION: A plate condenser so formed that a drain evaporation tray upper surface 22 is used as the part of a duct is disposed at the upper part of a drain evaporation tray, and the condenser is cooled by a forcibly cooling blower. Then, cooling air in contact with the condenser flows along a radiating plate 1 and collides with a pipe 2 to so flow as shown by an arrow 24 in a vertical direction via a hole formed at a caulking cutout piece 3 to induce the suitable disorder of the air, thereby improving the heat transfer performance. Since the shortest length of various holes is about 4mm or more, dusts are very scarcely stored, and even if stored, most heat transfer surface is opposed to the air, and hence the heat transfer performance is not almost reduced in an aging manner.
