Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat radiation fin capable of improving a cooling efficiency by a simple structure and further capable of performing a high performance and making a small-sized device.
CONSTITUTION: In a heat radiation fin 4 having a base plate 5 and a fin main body 6 held at the base plate 5, the fin main body 6 is arranged substantially in parallel with a flowing direction A of cooling fluid and at the same time the fin main body 6 is formed with a tapered part 7.
