PURPOSE: To materialize very reliable radiation keeping close contact of a heat-generating electronic component and a radiator even if it is subjected to external vibrations, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A fixture clip 6 nearly U-shaped and with a distance between both ends and smaller than the total thickness of heat-generating electronic component 2 and a radiator 3 is formed of shape memorizing alloy. The distance between both ends of this fixture clip 6 is expanded and then the electronic component 2 and the radiator 3 on a printed wiring board 1 are put between both ends of the fixture clip 6. Then, due to generation of heat by the electronic component 2, the fixture clip 6 returns to its original shape and the electronic component 2 and the radiator 3 are tightened and fixed with both ends of the fixture clip 6.
