Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation member, a lighting device, an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus which absorb the heat of LED and can make large the electric current flown to the LED.
SOLUTION: The device comprises a point-like light source 3, a light guide plate 6 on which light is irradiated from the point-like light source 3, and a heat radiating plate 5 which has an adhesive layer 5a provided so as to contact the above point-like light source 3 and a metal layer 5b that is laminated on the above adhesive layer 5a and made of a member having a thermal conductivity λ at normal temperature of 90 W/mK or more.
