Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition such as a resin, a grease and a coating in which a heat conduction passage in the composition can be sufficiently formed, and excellent heat conduction properties can be secured.SOLUTION: A zinc oxide particle that has a form in which a needle crystal radially accumulates to axial directions of different at least 10 axes is blended in a composition. A size of the zinc oxide particle is preferably 1-50 μm. The zinc oxide particle has high heat conduction properties, thereby a charging amount of the zinc oxide can be reduced, deterioration of an innate characteristic of the composition such as a resin, a grease and a coating, for example flexibility, moldability, an application property or the like can be prevented, and weight increase of the composition can be suppressed.
