To provide a heat dissipating sheet for the back of solar cells, which improves heat dissipating properties of the solar cell module that has already been used, and maintains heat dissipating function, or the like, of the solar cell modules by recovering, and to provide the solar cell module, using the heat dissipating sheet for the back surface of solar cells.
The heat dissipating sheet for the back of solar cell modules includes a heat-dissipating film; and an adhesive layer stacked on onesurface side of the heat-dissipating film. The heat dissipating film, preferably, has a fine and irregular shape over the entire surface of the other surface. It is preferable that the heat-dissipating film include a base material layer where the adhesive layer is stacked on one surface side, and a heat-dissipating layer stacked at the other surface side of the base material layer. On the fine particles, it is preferable, that fine particles and a binder of the fine particles be included.
