Title:
HEAT RADIATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10184566
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a compact, inexpensive heat radiator that can radiate heat, emitted from an electronic element or the like mainly composed of a CPU or the like, with high efficiency by forcibly circulating liquid.

A heat sink part 3 is composed of a heat radiating part 3a, a heat absorbing part 3c and a rotor storage part 3b, and the heat absorbing part 3c is mounted to an exothermic body 8. A rotor 1 fitted with a rotor magnet 2 having a fan 1a at the outer periphery is insert-supported in the rotor storage part 3b. The rotor 1 is driven by a driving coil 9 provided opposedly so as to deliver liquid in a passage 4c of the heat absorbing part 3 to a passage 4a of the heat radiating part 3a and to circulate the liquid. Heat can be radiated with high efficiency by forcibly circulating the liquid. Since the heat absorbing part 3c can be thinned a heat radiator can be miniaturized and manufactured at a low cost.
