Title:
HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM IN IRON-MANUFACTURING PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014084524
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heat recovery system of an iron-manufacturing plant which effectively utilizes heat energy of exhaust gas discharged from a movable hearth furnace and improves heat efficiency of the whole system.

A heat recovery system comprises: a gas duct 20 that directs exhaust gas emitted from a movable hearth furnace 10 to an exhaust port; an air preheater 30 that preheats combustion air of a burner used in the movable hearth furnace 10 and/or drying air for raw material of iron manufacture; a temperature measurement device 40 that measures temperature of the exhaust gas entering the air preheater 30 or temperature of air preheated by the air preheater 30; heat recovery means 50 that is mounted on a portion of the gas duct arranged in upstream side of the air preheater 30 and recovers heat of the exhaust gas in the gas duct; and temperature control means 60 that controls the amount of heat recovery through the heat recovery means 50 and adjusts the temperature of the exhaust gas entering the air preheater 30.
