To provide a heat recovery type air conditioning system which increases the ratio of a local exhaust amount to an air feed amount while retaining the heat exchange capacity of a heat pump type outdoor air conditioner.

This heat recovery air type conditioning system feeding/ exhausting air to an indoor zone A performing local exhaust is provided with the heat pump type outdoor air conditioner H recovering heat from a return air in the indoor zone A, exhausting it to the outside B, exchanging the heat of an outside air from the outside B using the recovery heat, and feeding it to the indoor zone A. This system is also provided with an air-capacity- adjustable damper mechanism D supplying such an amount of the outside air as including the recovery heat equivalent to the amount of the local exhaust while retaining a prescribed amount of feed air, with the return air to a duct group C connecting the heat pump type outdoor air conditioner H, the outside B, and the indoor zone A in such a state as freely feeding/exhausting the air and passing it to the heat pump type outdoor air conditioner H.
