Abstract:

To suppress the installation cost by interlocking ventilation planned for all building with a bathroom heating dryer without providing a forced bathroom ventilating apparatus.

There are provided a heat recovery latent heat exchange/ ventilating unit 103 in which it includes a latent heat exchanger 103g and air fans 103c, 103f, and in which air intake and exhaust to places of a building through a duct piping, and a bathroom heating dryer 26 installed in the bathroom but not including an exhaust air fan. A duct piping is arranged such that exhaustion for the foregoing bathroom is executed with the aid of the foregoing heat recovery latent heat exchange ventilating unit. During the operation of the foregoing bathroom heating dryer is forcedly brought into strong wind operation independently from an air amount mode, while during the interruption of the foregoing bathroom heating dryer the foregoing heat recovery latent heat/ventilating unit is operated in a set air amount mode.
