Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a heat releasing filler composition that achieves excellent heat releasing performance, and to provide a heat releasing resin composition, a heat releasing grease and a heat releasing coating material composition that have excellent heat releasing performance using the heat releasing filler composition.SOLUTION: The heat releasing filler composition comprises 1-50 volume% of the needle-like zinc oxide having an average major diameter of 0.1-10 μm, an average miner diameter of 0.025-2.5 μm, an aspect ratio defined by the average major diameter/the average minor diameter of 4 or greater and a specific surface area by BET method of not more than 50 m/g and 50-99 volume% of the other heat releasing fillers. The other heat releasing fillers have (a) a heat releasing filler having a primary particle diameter of 1-15 μm and (b)a heat releasing filler having a primary particle diameter of 0.05-4 μm, selected in a ratio of (a)/(b) so as to be given a particle diameter ratio of 4≤(a)/(b)≤20, and mixed in a ratio of (a):(b) so as to be a volume ratio of 5:5-9:1.
