To provide a heat reserve floor heating device having a simple configuration and capable of determining heat reserve start time corresponding to amout of heat reserve of a heat reserve material to perform heat reserve operation and to provide a heat reserve operation control method for the device.
This heat reserve floor heating device has a current carrying amount measuring part for measuring amount of current carrying to a PTC heater when performing preliminary heat reserve operation performed before heat reserve operation, a heat reserve material temperature estimating part for calculating a resistance value of the PTC heater from amount of current carrying and estimating heat reserve material temperature by heater temperature based on the resistance value, a current carrying hour computing part for extracting current carrying compensation hour based on a current carrying hour compensation table set in advance from the heat reserve material temperature, adding previous day current carrying hours stored in a current carrying hour recording part to the current carrying compensation hour to determine current carrying hours, and setting the current carrying start time obtained by calculating the current carrying hours from current carrying end time reversely in a timer part, and the timer part for monitoring the current carrying start time and the current carrying end time and generating a current carrying start signal and a current carrying end signal, respectively, in a controller part. The heat reserve operation control method uses the device.
