Abstract:
To provide an agricultural products and livestock raising house and a heat-reserving and heat-retaining concrete base layer member for industrial use to be used for the same, which have a simple configuration, easy installation, easy adjustment of the temperature/humidity inside a housing, and low installation cost and maintenance cost for it.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat-reserving and heat-retaining concrete base layer member 100 for industrial use made by a heat-reserving concrete board part 1, in which a plurality of straight hollow tubes 2 are embedded in parallel to each other and along the longitudinal direction of a surface of the base layer member 100 and the planar shape thereof, and long heating elements 3 each having a self temperature control function are disposed in the plurality of hollow tubes 2 so as to be insertable and dischargeable. Also provided is an agricultural products and livestock raising house 200 using as a base portion the heat-reserving and heat-retaining concrete base layer member 100 for industrial use provided with power supply means 7 for supplying desired power to the long heating elements 3 along the surface 5 of the base layer member 100 at a desired edge 4 of the base layer member 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
