To provide a heat-resistant boiling container with a lid for an electric pot, which is capable of boiling eggs and foods using the electric pot, saves a heating time and energy, facilitates the cleansing and storage, is sanitary and economical, does not deteriorate the original functions of the electric pot, and is used for any commercially available electric pot.

This lidded heat-resistant container is used by being put in a hot water layer of an electric pot and boiling eggs and foods; a container body is a heat-resistant container formed into a bottomed and upper-opening cylindrical body and having such a height as floating the container body on a water level in a state where the eggs and foods are put in the container body, if necessary, hot water is put therein, and the lid is covered thereon; and the top face of the lid has a hole as a vent hole and is fitted with a heat-resistant packing for sealing the opening part of the container body. This lidded, heat-resistant boiling container for the electric pot is characterized in that foods are put in the container body, hot water is put therein to cover the foods, the lid is mounted thereon, the container is floated on the hot water layer water supply surface of the electric pot, and when the hot water of the electric pot is reboiled, the container whole body with the foods and the hot water put therein is heated to boil the food, the lid is installed thereto and the container floats on the water surface.
