To prevent the diffusion of heavy metals and other hazardous materials by executing permanent and safe pollution free of the incineration ash discharged from a waste incineration furnace and to accelerate the renewal of the incineration furnace and to suppress illegal dumping by forming cost effective furnace material at a low cost and producing the incineration furnace therefrom.
The residual incineration ash discharged from the various waste incineration furnaces is sieved to get rid of coarse materials and is then mixed with ceramic materials, such as magnesia, silicate (clay), aplite, feldspar, quartz and mullite at an adequate ratio. The mixture is then subjected to dry process pressure molding or slurry casting molding and the moldings are fired by an independent kiln or tunnel kiln, by which the furnace material is formed. The incineration furnace or other furnaces are produced from this material.
