Abstract:
To provide a heat-resistant and corrosive-resistant burner diffuser for a boiler in a thermal power plant, which is excellent in the corrosion resistance against vanadium attack in particular, and enables continuous use in a long period of time.
A diffuser once is formed with sintered bodies of chromium each having a hollow structure. The cone serves as the burner diffuser having heat-resistant and corrosive-resistant properties against molten slag which contains combustion gas and vanadium. The sintered body of chromium contains 85 wt.% or more of chromium and is obtained by sintering a molded body which has been obtained by casting a slurry containing the sintered body of chromium.
