To provide a lightweight heat resistant duct for well maintaining its air tightness while suppressing troubles due to interlayer separation of a laminated composite material.
The heat resistant duct 1 includes a strip band 2 formed of the laminated composite material having an outermost layer 2a and an innermost layer 2b as resin layers and an intermediate metal layer 2c, and spirally rolled so that both side edges 21, 22 abut on each other, and a resin reinforcing body 3 integrally adhered thereto to stride between both mutually adjacent side edges. The strip band is turned back at both side edges, and the outermost layer 2a and the innermost layer 2b of the strip band 2 are both adhered to the common resin reinforcing body 3 at the turned-back portions.
