To obtain a heat-resistant fabric having high heat insulating properties, heat resistance, flame resistance, flame retardancy and protection property by making a knitted or woven fabric comprising a heat-resistant fiber and a design twisted yarn, arranging a heat-resistant yarn on the surface and a design twisted yarn in the texture so as to hold a lot of air, clothing and heat-resistant gloves using the same.

The heat-resistant fabric is composed of a woven or knitted fabric comprising a heat-resistant fiber and a design twisted yarn and the heat-resistant fiber abundantly exists on one side and the design twisted yarn abundantly exists on the other side. The heat-resistant gloves are composed of a knitted fabric constituted of the heat-resistant fiber (11) and the design twisted yarn (12), the knitted fabric is a knit in which the heat-resistant fiber (11) abundantly exists on the external surface and the design twisted yarn (12) abundantly exists on the internal surface. The clothing and the heat-resistant gloves have air permeability and excellent workability and are washed.
