Abstract:
To provide a heat-resistant film comprising polyether ether ketone excellent in bending fatigue-resistance while maintaining characteristics possessed from conventional such as rigidity, flame-resistance, heat-resistance, an electric insulation property and chemical-resistance, and its manufacturing method.
The heat-resistant film is characterized in that polyether ether ketone (PEEK) having a cristallinity of 25% or less by a density method is used. The PEEK having such cristallinity can be obtained by quenching it after heating-molding.
