Abstract:
Disclosed is a thermally conductive grease which is excellent in heat resistance at high temperatures. Specifically disclosed is a thermally conductive grease characterized by containing 80-97% by mass of an inorganic powder filler (A), 2-19% by mass of a base oil (B), 0.001-3% by mass of a metallic soap (C) which is composed of a divalent or higher-valent metal ion and an organic acid, and 0.03-0.75% by mass of an amine antioxidant (D). This thermally conductive grease is further characterized in that the ratio of the component (C) relative to the liquid content is within the range of 0.01-15% by mass.
