To provide a heat-resistant oilproof insulation wire with necessary and sufficient mechanical strength, heat resistance and oilproofness, and capable of inexpensively replacing a wire coating a fluorine-based material only, and to provide a method for manufacturing thereof.
Around a periphery of a conductor 3, a first layer 1 made of a composition containing acrylic rubber is coated, and around an outer periphery of the first layer, a second layer 2 made of fluorine resin is coated, with the first and the second layers adhered to each other, in the heat-resistant oilproof insulation wire. The composition of the first layer mixes the acrylic rubber and polyolefin within the range of 99:1 to 61:39 (in a weight ratio), containing silica, and the fluorine resin of the second layer is an ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer. With the composition containing the acrylic rubber of the first layer in a non-bridged state, the second layer made of the fluorine resin is extrusion coated on an outer periphery of the first layer, and the first layer and the second layer are crosslinked in bulk, in the method for manufacturing of the heat-resistant oilproof insulation wire.
