Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition having excellent heat resistance and melting stability and suitable for sheets, electronic.electric parts, etc., by compounding a specific polyarylenethioether block copolymer with a miscible thermoplastic resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylenethioether block copolymer comprising A1: a polyarylenethioetherketone block consisting of repeating units of formula I (-CO- group and -S- group are combined with each other through benzene rings) and A2: a polyarylenethioether block consisting of repeating units of formula II and having an average polymerization degree of >=10 in an A2/A1 ratio of 0.05-5/1 and having a melt viscosity of 20000-100000 poises is compounded with (B) 0-400 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin miscible with A and (C) 0-400 pts.wt. of one kind or more of fillers selected from fibrous fillers and inorganic fillers in such a ratio as either one of B and C is >=0.1 pt.wt.
