To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of giving moldings excellent in heat distortion resistance, impact resistance, molding fluidity and appearance, by incorporating kaolin in a composition containing a rubber component subjected to particle size enlargement treatment.
This composition is obtained by incorporating (E) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of kaolin in a total of 100 pts.wt. of (A) 5-95 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin, (B) 5-95 pts.wt. of an unsaturated carboxylic acid-contg. copolymer made form 40-80wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound, 15-50wt.% of a vinyl cyanide compound, 0.1-20wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound and 0-30wt.% of another copolymerizable vinyl compound, and (C) 5-50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer produced by graft copolymerization of 60-5wt.% of a vinyl compound in the presence of 40-95wt.% of particle enlarged rubber 0.1-2.0μm in average particle size prepared by particle enlargement treatment through incorporating 100wt.% of a rubber latex with (D) 0.1-15wt.% of an acid group-contg. copolymer latex 0.05-0.5μm in average particle size.
