To provide a heat-resistant tightly adhering wrap film which has food-preserving properties and barrier properties, is suitable for wrapping objects to be wrapped alone or together with various containers (including porcelain- made and plastic-made containers), and is specially suitable for the use in heating with a microwave oven.

This wrap film comprises (C) a resin composition prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. resin mainly comprising (A) an diphatic/aromatic copolyester resin having a crystal melting point of 110-230°C and containing 10-90 mol% units derived from an aromatic monomer with (B) 3-25 pts.wt. liquid additive. The film has a tensile modulus of 15-180 kg/mm2, is resistant to a temperature exceeding 110°C or higher, and has an adhesiveness (amount of work of the same) of 5-50 g.cm/25 cm2.
