Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a pot cover from being inadvertently rattled regardless of swing or vibration when a cooking pot containing a content is carried in the state of being stored in a heat retaining container.
CONSTITUTION: This heat retaining apparatus is constituted of a heat retaining container A capable of opening or closing the opening section 10 of a container main body 1 having a heat insulating structure with a cover body 2 having a heat insulating structure and a cooking pot B accessibly stored in the heat retaining container A and mounting a pot cover 4 on the opening edge section 31 of a pot main body 3. A position holding means 5 holding the position of the pot cover 4 when the cooking pot B is stored in the container main body 1 and the cover body 2 is closed is provided between the pot cover 4 and the cover body 2, and the pot cover 4 is prevented from being rattled against the pot main body 3 when the heat retaining apparatus is carried.
