Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat-reversible recording medium capable of being repeatedly subjected to printing/recording in a directly visible state by a heating means such as a thermal head.
CONSTITUTION: A reflecting layer or light absorbing layer 12 is provided on a support and a heat-reversible recording display layer 13 reversibly changed to a transparent state and a turbid opaque state by heating temp. difference and capable of keeping both states at room temp. is provided on the layer 12 and a transparent protective layer 14 is further provided thereon. This heat- reversible recording medium can be subjected to the recording and erasure of visual data.
