Abstract:
A heat sealer including: a base bar (2) equipped with a heater (10) on a receiving section (12); and a pressure bonding lever (3) facing the receiving section (12) and capable of pressing and holding a sealing portion of a resin made sealing preform (P) to accommodate articles therein from both sides, and the sealing portion of the resin made sealing preform (P) placed on the receiving section (12) and pressed by the pressure bonding lever (3) to the receiving section side to hold the sealing portion between the receiving section (12) and the pressure bonding lever (3), and is current-heated and weld-sealed. The base bar (2) includes: a recording medium supplier (4) supplying a recording medium (4a) from which specific information can be read to a predetermined position; and a recording medium transport machine (7) transporting the recording media (4a) having been supplied to the predetermined position one at a time to the sealing portion, whereby the recording medium (4a) is sealable integrally with the sealing preform (P) in a single piece.
