Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and lifetime of an impulse type heater.SOLUTION: A thin plate-shaped heater 13 which generates heat by being applied with an electric current to heat a seal top 12 is interposed between a seal head 11 and the seal top 12 supported on the seal head 11 and having on its upper surface a press surface for pressing an object. A first protective layer 16 coated on the surface of the seal top 12 and a second protective layer 17 coated on the surface of a deep bottom part of the seal head 11 accommodating the heater 13 are in contact with the heater 13 to prevent the heater 13 from being rubbed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
