Title:
HEAT-SENSITIVE RECORDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2023064342
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which is reduced in an ejected object generated from the surface of a heat-sensitive recording material by irradiation with an infrared laser beam, and enables formation of an image having high contrast.SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive recording material has at least an infrared absorption layer containing an infrared absorption dye having a value of (830)/ε(365) of 4.0 or more when a ratio of a molar absorption coefficient ε(830) at 830 nm to a molar absorption coefficient ε(365) at 365 nm is represented by ε, a heat-sensitive recording layer which contains a non-photosensitive organic silver salt and does not substantially contain a photosensitive silver halide, and a protective layer which contains hydrophilic particles and a hydrophobic resin and has a thickness of 2.3-9.4 μm, in this order, on a light-permeable support.SELECTED DRAWING: None
