Abstract:
To provide a heat-sensitive recording medium having high transparency, and capable of maintaining high transparency even if exposed under a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive recording medium includes: a support medium; and a heat-sensitive recording layer on the support medium, where the heat-sensitive recording layer contains a leuco dye, and a developer, the haze degree of the heat-sensitive recording medium is 15 or lower, and the rate of change X of a total light transmittance expressed by the following formula (1) is 5% or lower: X=(A-B)/A×100 formula (1). In the formula (1), A is a total light transmittance before heating the heat-sensitive recording medium at a temperature of 90°C, and B is a total light transmittance after heating the heat-sensitive recording medium at a temperature of 90°C for 1 hour.SELECTED DRAWING: None
